Alicia Cachat M.Ed., BCBA is the Director at Applied Behavioral Services Mason. Alicia has been a part of the ABS team since 2006. Alicia began working with children with developmental disabilities in 2001 and developed a passion for this population while doing in home therapy. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton in 2003 and her Masters degree in education with an emphasis in exceptional children from Northcentral University. Alicia concentrates on working with the individuals at the learning centers and assisting the parents through trainings so they are able to continue working with their children in the home and community environments. Alicia provides behavioral consultative services, program supervision, and parent trainings in a clinical, community, and school setting. In addition to her work with ABS, Alicia co-founded a non-profit organization, Helping Hands of Cincinnati, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends
